Great variety of goods in many areas. Got some lovely sparkling candles for my friend's cake. Just what I was looking for.

There are good offers here. Quality seems reasonable too. However the customer service at the till is pretty shocking. It was pretty obvious that the person hates their job. A self service checkout would have been friendlier. Might have just been one person so it may not reflect the whole store.
It does have beautiful things and good value. BUT if you have problem it means it's Your problem. Customer service doesn't care at all. After 7 weeks eventually got for what I paid in store ( 1 item was sold for full price instead of a set). Rang 5 times , left my number and nobody rang back. Too many different people was talking to and looks like everyone thinking somebody else will look after the case! Better please go and water your dying plants instead all gathering at the desks in front of the shop
This was my second visit to The Range,Limerick. It was a mess. The Christmas Stock had arrived, and was being put on shelves. Shelving left on the floors was definitely a health risk. There are two toilets in this store. One for Disabled and Baby changing. Both are used by Males and Females.The cistern lid in Disabled loo was broken and left on the open cistern. The toilet was dirty, smelly and both toilets did not have loo paper. Not pleasant.
