An extremely rude man answered the phone today when I rang to make enquiries. He basically told me to take my business elsewhere! I will never recommend this business to anyone I know. I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. Does he realise that you can't treat people that way in this day and age!!!!! You do not belong in any industry where you are required to interact with the public!
