Lovely place! The linens were absolutely superior! I slept like a baby. Very clean and well kept. The staff were amazing, very attentive and polite. We had dinner included in our tour. There were a couple of good choices. I had the ceasar salad, the chicken and an apple crumble for dessert. It was all very good. I enjoyed this place very much. We didn't have enough time on our tour to explore the town unfortunately, but it was centrally located and close to shopping.
Booked this Hotel for my Husband's Birthday. Stayed for two nights would have loved to have stayed longer. Hotel location is perfect and just a short stroll accross the bridge to the city centre.we were upgraded to a fabulous suite over looking the river,which made my Husband birthday so special. When we returned to our room after a visit to John's castle,a plate with chocolate sweets and happy birthday wrote on plate was so touching.Thank you. Hotel is spotless and all the staff are all so helpful and lovely.Breakfast was lovely,so much to choose from.food in bar was gorgeous. Would recommend this Hotel to stay in limerick.Thank you for making my Husband birthday so special. Hope to return again.
Room was great. Very fast response by front desk when a couple of outlets weren't working, they had the fuse fixed in less than ten minutes from the call. Jacuzzi was uncrowded and nice (we prefer warmer water but temp was comfortable). Staff were all very nice and professional.
Rooms are fabulous. Staff where warm and friendly. I feel for the price we paid that it could have included breakfast, other wise it's a lovely hotel.
The staff, facilities, food and service are excellent. It's in the middle of Limerick city's historical area. The city is readily accessible and is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
