Staff a very friendly. Always welcoming. Cinema rooms are generally clean enough odd time the floors are sticky. There used to be Costa coffee at the Odeon a but unfortunately its no longer there.
Screen good size , seats comfy but the food and drinks too expensive. The floors are disgusting, I would say the remnants of every liquid that has spilled has built up, underfoot is so sticky , not a new thing either has been on the few occasions o have been here over past few years.
We had the most fantastic experience here today met a lovely young woman who took great interest in my 3 boys.. we went to see hotel Transylvania 3 which was epic... will definitely be going back.....
Average cinema. 3d capability is poor. Not a busy place. Not really clean either. Also since it closed the in-house Costa no coffee (Not happy) cinema's in Ireland are too expensive for what they are.. Just ask yourself folks why do people prefer to stay at home.
This is the only theatre in Castletroy and they have an excellent movie theatre. I've seen several movies here and they're usually very busy on Wednesdays as the prices of the tickets are usually lesser on the Wednesdays. Word of advice is that always book your tickets in advance if you want to skip long queues when going for the movie.The staff is really awesome and they'll always welcome you with a smile.
