All of the guys that work here are really friendly and very helpful. I have met Mark, Ian and I think it is Lucas. Everyone is always very approachable and helpful with any query I have. The car par is very well maintained and it is a pleasure to park there!!!
Constantly problems with the barriers!! Was 10 minutes waiting to get out yesterday and today there is approx 20 cars infront of me and loads more behind me. This issue has been going on months and still not rectified
I want to say a sincere thank you to Mark. I was in panic mode, crying and so upset as I couldn't find my car. Turns out I was in the wrong car park (oops) . He walked me to the correct car park and he was so helpful to do so. He explained to me it was no hassle and his reassurance and smile put me at ease immediately. Thanks again Mark. A pay rise is in order!
